The business analyst’s chief role is helping businesses implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of a project or program, and communicating them clearly to all stakeholders, facilitators and partners. They are also using requirements to drive the design or review of test cases, process change request,and manage a project’s scope, acceptance, installation and deployment.

  • Software Implementation and Training
  • Project Management and leading the teams with specific set objectives
  • Formulates strategies to achieve the business goals


  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree
  • Civil Engineering graduates are highly recommended
  • Preferably 1-4 years Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer Software or equivalent.

  • Must have excellent presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • With pleasing personality and has good oral and written communication skills
