Marketing & Sales Specialist

The Sales Specialist chief role is to approach and identify customer needs promptly and accurately. To communicate clearly, ensuring clients requests are met and subsequently dealing with any queries and follow up calls when required.

  • Understand products and services of the company and be able to prepare presentations and proposals.
  • Acquire accounts and ensure timely and accurate submission of proposals.
  • Manage bidding and account close-out processes
  • Maintains a good list of account and manage account relationships
  • Coordinates with concerned units regarding reconciliation of discrepancies, funding, and revenue realization to ensure accurate billing and collection.
  • Assists Immediate Superior in designing strategic sales plans to ensure strong client base and attainment of revenue target.


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Preferably 1-4 Year Experienced Employees specializing in Sales – Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Effective understanding of latest technologies and their application in marketing.
  • Ability to operate under solid pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
  • Effective project management skills.
  • Plan decisions and practice good judgment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as and interpersonal skills.
