When Water distributors in the East and West zones of the Metro including some parts of municipalities of Rizal and Cavite needed help to assess their IT staff competency, Infobuilder was there to serve them. Infobuilder implemented a competency assessment of all IT staff in order to determine proper leveling with a view of matching competencies with appropriate compensation levels.  The project was divided into 4 phases in which assessment for Phase 1: definition of IT’s core competencies; Phase 2: definition of different competency levels; Phase 3: competency assessment for the incumbents and lastly, Phase 4: industry compensation benchmarking of resulting competency levels.
